Ketamine Therapy for Depression in Chapel Hill, NC

QUESTIONS? WE’VE GOT ANSWERS!

  • We specialize in working with teens (ages 14+) and adults seeking support through ketamine assisted therapy. Whether you're looking for individual therapy, couples counseling, or the community connection of group therapy, we're here to help you on your path to feeling better.

We also offer traditional psychotherapy and psychiatric medication management for teens and adults struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, panic (and more).

  • Session cost depends on how long we meet (and where), which provider you work with, and whether we meet in-person and virtually. Since we are a private pay practice and do not participate with insurance, we’ll discuss pricing during your initial consultation so there are no surprises. We are very competitvely priced for private psychiatric care & ketamine therapy in the triangle.

We provide superbills for all services, which can assist in recouping some cost from health insurers, and we accept HSA cards.

  • Your initial consultation and medication management appointments can happen either in our cozy office or virtually—whatever feels most comfortable for you. All ketamine therapy sessions take place in person.

  • Once we receive a completed intake paperwork, we’re able to see most new clients within 7 days. If the client is flexible with scheduling, the lead time is often only 2-4 days.

  • Consults are 1 hour.

Ketamine sessions range from 1-3 hours, depending on what form of ketamine is used, what setting (group vs individual), and the goals of the session.

    Follow up appointments are 30-60mins.

  • For medical management - we're an out-of-network private practice, which means we don't bill insurance directly. However, many clients can get partial reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits. We're happy to provide you with the documentation you need to submit to your insurance or HSA.

Some of our therapists do participate with insurance and are able to offer partial coverage for sessions.

  • Simply send us an email to request your initial consultation. From there, we’ll be in touch to schedule a brief conversation where we’ll answer your questions and discuss next steps.
